How "ZERO Moss" works, and why it needs no care
The reason the Vertex is maintenance-free comes down to how the moss is prepared. TerraLiving grow real moss in greenhouses until it's at peak health, then freeze-dry and preserve it in their lab so it becomes biologically inactive, soft, fresh-looking and virtually condensation-free, but no longer growing. Because it isn't alive, a preserved moss wall like this needs almost nothing from you:
- Never water it moisture washes out the preservatives and shortens its life.
- Keep it out of direct sun prolonged UV slowly fades the greens.
- Avoid damp, humid rooms and extreme heat or cold.
